  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cups cooked noodles


  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰ F.  Spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Brown beef in skillet.  Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in same skillet and brown onion, mushroom and garlic till onion is tender.
  4. In large bowl mix soup, white wine, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard and sour cream.
  5. Add drained beef and cooked noodles.  Mix with onion, garlic mixture.  Pour into greased pan.
  6. Bake at 350⁰ F. uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
