- 1 Jar of Black Bean and Corn Salsa of choice
- 1 Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Can White Corn, drained
- 1 1/2 Cup(s) Cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Recipe can easily be doubled and tripled and can be made the night before.
Serve with your favorite corn chips
