Breaded Steak Bites

IngredientsBreaded Bull Bites

  • 2 lb. beef sirloin roast
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook sirloin in a large baking dish until meat thermometer registers 150 degrees F. Remove and cool.
  2. Cut beef roast into 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
  3. In small bowl combine milk and 1 Tbsp. flour. Stir in eggs.
  4. In shallow dish mix 1 1/2 cup flour, salt and pepper. Dip pieces of beef into egg mixture then dredge in flour mixture.
  5. Fry in hot oil until browned and heated through (about 10 minutes.) Drain on paper towel and serve hot.
