Butter Pecan Glaze

Butter Pecan Glaze


  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup cream + 1 tablespoon


  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan until bubbling. Add the pecans and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
  2. Mix in the brown sugar and the cream. Continue stirring until the mixture comes to a rolling boil. Cook and stir constantly for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and cool until thickened.
