IngredientsChive and Honey Biscuits

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey, warmed 20 seconds in a microwave oven


  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In a mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt and chives.
  3. In another mixing bowl stir together milk, Mayonnaise and warm honey.
  4. Mix wet with dry ingredients until just coming together.
  5. Roll out onto a floured work surface to ¾-in. thick.
  6. Cut into rounds with biscuit cutter and place on greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
