IngredientsChocolate Butter Cream Frosting

  •         ¼ cup butter, softened
  •         2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  •         1 egg white
  •         ½ teaspn vanilla extract
  •         1 ½ ounces semisweet chocolate, melted


Cream butter at medium speed of an electric mixer; add sugar, egg white, vanilla, and chocolate, beating until fluffy.  Yield: enough for one 3 layer cake.
