- 1 stick (1/2 cup) of salted butter, softened
- 2 ounces brown sugar, packed
- 2 ounces granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, stir until well combined.
- Spoon batter onto plastic wrap and form into a log shape, twist the ends of the plastic wrap.
- Place in fridge until ready to use.
This recipe is easily doubled and makes a great gift when packed in 4 oz. jelly jars
