- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- Combine sugar and water in a medium sized saucepan.
- Bring mixture to a boil making sure all the sugar has dissolved.
- Add cranberries and bring back to a full boil.
- Once full boil is reached lower heat to a slow boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
