- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- In a small mixing bowl beat margarine or butter with electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds.
- Beat in the powdered sugar.
- Gradually beat in the thawed orange juice concentrate.
If not serving immediately cover and store in refrigerator
This recipe is easily doubled and makes a great gift when packed in 4 oz. jelly jars
