- 1 large orange
- 1/4 cup +2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 (10 ounce) packages fresh cranberries
- Grate orange rind; place rind in a food processor.
- Peel and section orange.
- Add orange sections, sugar and cranberries to processor; process until coarsely chopped.
- Cover relish, refrigerate at least 1 day.
