Fried Frog Legs

IngredientsFried Frog Legs

  • 12 pair frog legs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/4 cup corn meal
  • Canola Oil

Directions

  1. Soak frog legs in milk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper and corn meal.
  3. Cover frog legs with this mixture.
  4. In a heavy skillet add enough oil to cover legs.
  5. Using a thermometer heat oil to 350⁰ F.
  6. Fry about 4 minutes or until light brown.

Be careful not to over cook
