- 12 pair frog legs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/4 cup corn meal
- Canola Oil
- Soak frog legs in milk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper and corn meal.
- Cover frog legs with this mixture.
- In a heavy skillet add enough oil to cover legs.
- Using a thermometer heat oil to 350⁰ F.
- Fry about 4 minutes or until light brown.
Be careful not to over cook
