Fried Olives


  • 1 cup Spanish olives, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1⁄2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • Olive oil


  1. Coat olives in beaten egg.
  2. Roll olives in dried bread crumbs.
  3. Fry in olive oil over high heat until golden.
  4. Drain and serve immediately while still warm.
