Green Goddess Dressing

IngredientsGreen Goddess Dressing

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 6 anchovy fillets, drained
  • 6 chives, each about 5 inches long or 3 green onions tops, trimmed and halved
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • ¼ cup tarragon vinegar


  1. In a food processor or blender, process the parsley, anchovies, chives, garlic, and tarragon until smooth.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, and vinegar and process 1 minute more or until well blended.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
