IngredientsGrilled Cheese with Apples and Bacon

  • 8 slices of thick white bread
  • Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices of white or yellow sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices of thick bacon- cooked
  • Granny Smith Apples thinly sliced
  • Butter


  1. Spread Dijon mustard on one side of bread.
  2. Top with cheddar cheese, bacon and few slices of Apple.
  3. Top with another piece of bread.
  4. Butter both sides of bread and cook on griddle turning once.
