Grilled Corn on the Cob

  • 6 ears of Sweet Corn
  • 6 Tablespoons butter, softened


  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil gratesBBQ Corn on Cob
  2. Peel back corn husks and remove silk.
  3. Smear 1 tablespoon of softened butter on entire ear of corn, close husks over corn
  4. Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil.
  5. Place on the prepared grill and cook approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is tender.
  6. Remove corn from husks discarding husks.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
