IngredientsMushrooms Halves Grilled

  • ½ lb. whole fresh mushrooms (larger size work best)
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  1. Slice mushrooms into halves
  2. Thread mushroom on skewers.
  3. Combine butter, dill and garlic salt; brush over mushrooms.
  4. Grill over hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes, basting and turning every 5 minutes.

Serves 4
