Hot and Spicy Brussel Sprouts

IngredientsHot and Spicy Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 lb. fresh Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 to 3 slices of bacon
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup of Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cook bacon and chop into bits, set aside
  2. Wash and trim ends of Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged outside leaves. Cut in half and place in bowl.
  3. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet and fry the Brussel sprouts.
  4. Add bacon bits
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the hot sauce and cook until the bottoms turn golden brown.
