IngredientsIceberg lettuce Salad with Dressing

For the Salad

  • ½ head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced

For the Dressing

  • ¼ cup (50 ml) light mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) water
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


For the Salad

  1. Cut iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges; place on plates.
  2. Arrange cucumber and tomato slices around lettuce.

For the Dressing

  1. Whisk light mayonnaise and chili sauce, cider vinegar, water, salt and pepper; drizzle over vegetables.
