IngredientsChicken Gravy No Pan Drippings

  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • Browning sauce if required

Directions

  1. Bring chicken stock to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of cold water and add to chicken stock.
  2. Season to taste with poultry seasoning and cook until thickened.
  3. Add 1 or 2 drops of browning sauce if you wish to darken gravy
