IngredientsParmesan Cheese Spread

  • One – 3 ounce package cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • Dash of marjoram


  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  3. Serve with Melba toast, unsalted crackers or as a stuffing for celery.
