Low Sodium Cooking
Parmesan Cheese Spread
- One – 3 ounce package cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons margarine, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- Dash of marjoram
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with Melba toast, unsalted crackers or as a stuffing for celery.
