IngredientsPineapple Glaze

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 – 8 ounce can crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Directions

  1. In a 1 quart saucepan mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.  Stir in pineapple including syrup, lemon juice and mustard.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
  3. Boil and stir constantly for 1 minute
