IngredientsPlum Sauce

  • 12 ounces plum jam
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Turn fire on medium heat. Slowly bring to boil, stirring constantly,
  3. Remove from heat, and place in serving dish for serving.
  4. May also let cool to room temperature before serving.
