- 12 ounces plum jam
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Turn fire on medium heat. Slowly bring to boil, stirring constantly,
- Remove from heat, and place in serving dish for serving.
- May also let cool to room temperature before serving.
