Super Simple Strawberry Santa Dessert

IngredientsStrawberry Santa whipped Cream

  • 12 medium to large strawberries
  • 4 ounces whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 chocolate sprinkles or mini chocolate chips for eyes, optional


  1. Whip the cream with the vanilla until soft peaks form.
  2.  Put the cream in a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  3.  Wash and dry the strawberries then cut the hulls off so that they stand up.
  4.  Slice strawberries in half and hollow out about ½ inch into the bottom half
  5. Pipe whipped cream into hollowed bottom to a height almost equal to the top half of the hat portion of the strawberry
  6.  Put the ‘hat’ back on and pipe a little more cream on the top of the hat and on lower half as buttons
  7. If desired add eyes using chocolate sprinkles or mini chocolate chips.
  8. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve
