- 11 ounces fresh green beans
- 1 ounce raw bacon
- 2 ounces House of Tsang Szechuan Stir Fry Sauce
- 1 ounce toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
Snap off both ends of green beans then rinse in cold water, pat dry with paper towel. Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces.
Using a wok (a Wok works best but you can use a large fry pan) pour in 1 tablespoon of peanut oil or any other high smoke level oil and heat oil to 350⁰. Add green beans and bacon, Tossing beans constantly cook for about 7 minutes or until beans start to show browning.
Add 2 ounces House of Tsang Szechuan Stir Fry Sauce and continue to toss beans until Szechuan sauce starts to caramelize. At this point add toasted sesame seeds and continue to toss for an additional minute or so.
Plate and serve as a fantastic appetizer or use as a side dish for Indian or Chinese meals.
