IngredientsWhipped Cream Frosting

  •         3 cups whipping cream
  •         ½ cup sifted powdered sugar
  •         ¼ cup kirsch


Beat cream in a large mixing bowl at high speed of an electric mixer until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar and kirsch, beating until stiff peaks form.  Yield enough for one 3 layer cake.
